Rector of Turkish University highly appreciates Uzgen rice pilaf

Osh State University students studying at the Turkish University of Sivas Zhumhuriyet for academic mobility treated the rector of the university, Mr. Alim Yildiz, to pilaf from Uzgen rice.

Students told the distinguished guest about Kyrgyz cuisine, pilaf cooking technology. The parties exchanged views and rector Alim Yildiz praised the Kyrgyz national dish and thanked the Kyrgyz students.

Currently, 24 students from Osh State University are studying at the Sivas Zhumhuriyet University for academic mobility.
