Osh State University delegation is visiting Russia The delegation headed by the rector of Osh State University Kudaiberdi Kojobekov began its visit to universities in Chelyabinsk. Rector of the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University T. Chumachenko met with the community and signed a bilateral cooperation agreement. During the visit to Chelyabinsk State University, they met with the Vice-Rector for Research I. Bychkov to discuss the importance of establishing a partnership and signed a joint agreement. The delegation visited South Ural State University. Savelieva, Vice-Rector for Research A. Korzhov, attended the meeting with the participation of relevant officials. Rector of the University A. Shestakov took part in the meeting online in connection with the pandemic. The leaders of the two universities discussed the tasks related to the joint educational program, the specifics of the curriculum, financial and academic mobility, the formation of a consortium, the submission of applications for international projects, the organization of scientific conferences. At the end of the meeting, an agreement was signed on the implementation of a dual degree program in international relations. Osh State University has been cooperating with South Ural State University since 2020, creating a joint educational program in computer science and mathematics, regional studies, philology. Students enrolled in these specialties receive diplomas from both universities. Certificates were awarded to teachers who participated in joint university events. In the afternoon, representatives of Osh State University got acquainted with the structural units of the university, centers, museums, sports complexes. The visit of the delegation will continue in Yekaterinburg.
