Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating conducted training seminars

In order to train experts to assess the quality of higher education institutions and educational programs in Kyrgyzstan, the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating conducted training seminars. The two-day training seminar was held on the basis of Osh State University on May 24-25, 2017 for the teaching staff of OshGU, ZhAGU, OshtU, Batu State University. Trainers were Zhumagulova AB, Ph.D., Director of the National Academy of Arts; Seydakhmetova RG, Ph.D., scientific consultant, NAAR; Shunkeev K.Sh., Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, professor, member of the Expert Council of the NAAR, developer of the methodology of the ranking of educational programs, the first vice-rector – pro-rector for strategy and international relations of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov; Skiba M.A., Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Chairman of the Expert Council of the NAAR, Adviser to the Rector of the University Narhoz. According to the program of the seminar, candidates for experts and the academic community of Kyrgyzstan will be given the opportunity to learn and study the following relevant topics: “Independent assessment of the quality of education: the experience of NAAR”, “Development strategy of NAAR: values and priorities”, “Methodology of rating research of universities by levels and areas of training “,” Trends in quality assurance: from Europe to Central Asia. Interrelation between ESG and NAAR standards “,” Qualification requirements for NAAR experts “. Also within the framework of the seminar were organized business games, interactive sessions and work in groups. As a result of the seminar, the participants were awarded certificates of NAAR.
