He was a phenomenal individual, who played a pivotal role in creating the foundation on which Medical Faculties of Osh State University stand today and laid an incredible foundation for the outstanding programs we have here today.

His pioneering leadership set a course of direction for medical education at Osh State University that has led the University to national and international prominence.

He leaves a legacy of service and academic excellence, and will be remembered for his invaluable contributions not only to the Medical Faculties but to the entirety of the educational mission of the Osh State University. Faculty, staff and students will continue to benefit from the foundation of high-quality education he established at the Medical Faculty Osh State University.
