72 HOUR ADVANCED TRAINING IN PSYCHOLOGY AND PEDAGOGY.

Teachers of the Department of “Public Health and Health Care” undergo 72 hours of advanced training in pedagogy and psychology. Competences that will be formed as a result of the training: 1 willingness to cooperate with colleagues and work in a team. 2 the ability to find organized and managerial decisions in non-standard conditions and in conditions of different opinions and the willingness to bear responsibility for them. 3 the ability, in the context of the development of science and changing social practice, to reassess the accumulated experience, analyze one’s capabilities. 4 the ability and desire to carry out their activities in various areas of public life. 5 the ability to manage small teams of performers. 6 readiness for self-learning and organization of education and training of production personnel.
