SPRING SCHOOL WAS HELD ON THE BASIS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MILAN IN THE CITY OF GARGNANO 7-14.03.23
On the basis of the University of Milan in the city of Gargnano, on March 7-14, 23, Spring school was held from the Erasmus + Harmonee project. Under the guidance of tutors from the universities of Milan, Italy and Utrecht, the Netherlands, 27 teachers from nine universities in Central Asia – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, among whom were employees of the Osh State University ( Paizildaev T.R., Dzhumaeva L.M., Zhanadilova G. ., Turusbekova A.K.), carried out the development of an educational program in the framework of the Consortium in the direction of the master’s program in the field of environment and public health. As a result of this spring school, the development of nine modules, as well as their syllabuses within the framework of this educational program, were completed: 1. Introduction to public health 2. Global health and burden of disease 3. One Health 4. Occupational Health 5. Environmental and occupational toxicology 6 Epidemiology of non-communicable disease 7. Nutrition concepts and controversies 8. Social and behavioral aspects of public health 9. Health care management Steps for further development of research projects were discussed. During the work of the school, university staff exchanged a variety of innovative modern teaching methods, used them in demonstrating practical classes and seminars; analyzes of all developed modules were carried out, and methods for assessing students were developed, with examples of research projects. Each working group presented the developed module, conducted pilot sessions of academic disciplines and a practical lesson on one of the topics of the syllabus.
