Scientists of Osh State University took part in an International Conference

An international scientific-practical online conference “Status and prospects for improving the genetic and productive characteristics of the Kurdish sheep breed” was held on June 29 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Rakhima Muratova, Head of the Department of Agriculture, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography, Osh State University, and Abdygani Abdurasulov, Professor of the Department, spoke at the plenary session of the conference.

The international scientific-practical conference is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 90th anniversary of the Institute of Animal Husbandry and Pasture of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Tajikistan.

Currently, more than 200 students study agronomy and veterinary medicine at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography of Osh State University.
