SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FORMATION OF SZGMU IM. I.I. MECHNIKOV

Teachers of the department “Public Health and Healthcare” “Abdimomunova B.T”. and “Mamatkulova N.M.” took part in the conference held in St. Petersburg “Preventive and Clinical Medicine 2021” dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Northwestern State Medical University. As a result of the merger of the two oldest educational medical institutions in Russia- St. Petersburg Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and St. Petersburg State Medical Academy named after “I.I. Mechnikov”, the North-Western State Medical University named after “I.I. Mechnikov”. Today, North-Western State Medical University named after “I.I. Mechnikov” is one of the leading educational institutions in Russia, which has a powerful research base. The conference brought together the best scientists, specialists and clinicians from “St. Petersburg” and the Russian Federation. Department of “Infectious Diseases” under the guidance of prof. “Lobzina Yu.V”. of the North-Western State Medical University made up-to-date scientific reports such as: Modern methods of laboratory diagnosis of viral infections, features of Covid-19 in children, pediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome, aspects of the epidemiology of toxoplasmosis.
