Presentation of the rector of Osh State University at the first forum of rectors of Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

At the first forum of rectors of higher education institutions of Kyrgyzstan and Russia “Development of science and education is an investment in the future”. Rector of Osh State University Kanybek Isakov made a presentation of “Osh State University on the way from a classical university to a research and innovation university” . The speaker noted about the Concept of University Development until 2024 in which he put forward goals for the OshGU to join the TOP 700 world universities, he stressed on the active work, on the implementation of the concept and the registration of the university in international agencies that determine the ranking of world universities . Along with this, the attention of the forum participants was focused on the activities of Osh State University to achieve such statuses as “Ecologically Clean University”, “Safe University”, “Digital University”, “Socially Responsible University”, implementation of multilingual education – teaching in the state, Russian and one foreign language.
