PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF ARTICLES FOR SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS INDEXED IN THE SCOPUS DATABASE

On February 10, 2023, Associate Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences and Mathematics Bazieva Aliya Mansurovna, Lecturer of the Department of Clinical Disciplines 2 Abdirasulova Zhainagul Abdirasulovna and Lecturer of the Department of Clinical Disciplines 1 Azhimamatova Rakhima Momunovna held a seminar at the International Medical Faculty of Osh State University.

The purpose of the seminar is to exchange information on the topic “Preparation and publication of articles for scientific journals indexed in the Scopus database” with undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students. In the future strategy of OshMU, big goals are set, one of them is to enter the world ranking of QS universities. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to publish 700-800 articles in scientific journals indexed in the Scopus database on behalf of Osh State University. This seminar is the first step towards getting into the OshMU QS rating. The participants took an active part in the workshop. Handouts were distributed to each department, and practical tasks were completed.
