
Osh State University’s World Native Language Day
Today, on February 21, an event dedicated to World Mother Language Day was held in Osh State University. At the event, students of the international medical faculty showed national Indian dances and songs at a high level. At the end of the event, students were awarded a diploma and prizes. It should be noted that on February 21 as World Mother Language Day was approved by UNESCO in 1999 and it has been celebrated since 2000. In India, they speak 447 languages and more than 2 thousand dialects.
