The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is a joint institution of German universities and the largest organization supporting international cooperation of universities. The main goal of DAAD is to support academic relations with foreign academic institutions, primarily through the exchange of students and scholars.

Mandatory pre-registration by e-mail: info (at) daad.kg, in the letter you must specify the following information: name, date of birth (day, month, year), cell phone, email address, university, faculty, course.
During pre-registration, the applicant receives instructions for participating in language testing in the German language. Participation in the test is mandatory for those who do not have an official language certificate in German at level A2 or higher. If there is an official language certificate, it must be attached to an e-mail with pre-registration. The following language certificates are recognized: TestDaF, Goethe-Institut, DSD, DSH, telcDeutsch, ÖSD.

When applying for scholarships, applicants must attach one of the following documents: AUCA TOEFL test scores (answersheet with the verifier’s signature), officialscore, or registration with an official TOEFL score with AUCA test score.

After submitting the documents, it is necessary to take part in the German test to check the level of the German language. The test is required for:
- Applicants planning to study in German
- Applicants planning to study in English, but at the same time speak German at a good level.

Osh State University is working closely with the Information Center for DAAD in Kyrgyzstan. Every year, representatives of the DAAD Center in Kyrgyzstan come to Osh State University to conduct testing in German and determine the level of knowledge of German language for further participation in the programs offered by the Center.
