A practice diary with daily work records, with a list of practical skills acquired, a characteristic of a student’s work and an assessment of the base manager, certified by the signature of the head physician of the MPI and a seal, is the main reporting document that measures the student’s work in practice and the implementation of the program.
At the end of the practice, the student submits a completed and certified diary, as well as samples of medical records and reports on independent teaching and research work in the case when it is provided for by the program, to the department head, who, based on the check of the diary and the interview results, taking into account the characteristics given by the student supervisor, evaluates the results of the practice in AVN. The grade for the work practice is entered by the assistant supervisor into the student’s record book and the examination record, which is submitted to the practice department no later than September 20. Students who have completed summer internship at the place of residence pass the test at the beginning of the next academic semester, by September 20 of the current year, according to a schedule drawn up by the departments responsible for the course practice. In the case of early practice, statements with the results of the practice are submitted by the departments to the head of the academy’s practice (to the practice department) until May 5 of the current academic year.
