The department maintains the following disciplines: microbiology, general hygiene, medical history, infectious diseases, public health, biostatistics and epidemiology. The department is located in the building of the international medical faculty on the 4th floor. Classes are also held in the building of the Faculty of Business and Management on the 2nd floor and Infectious Diseases Hospital of the Osh Interregional Clinical Hospital. Interactive teaching methods are used: trainings, business games, discussions (“round tables”) using audio-visual and multimedia techniques. All types of educational activities are provided with teaching materials.
