Osh State University – The first MGMU. INTERNATIONAL TRAINING SEMINAR

For the first time on the basis of the Osh State University on the initiative of the International Medical Faculty of the Osh State University (Muratov Zh.K., Sakibaev K.Sh.) and with the support of the administration of the Osh State University (Kozhobekov K.G., Altybaeva M.A.), an international practice-oriented seminar on increasing qualifications of teachers of higher education in the program “DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING ACTIVITIES”. The 5-day program of the seminar includes the organization of modules, where training, master classes and individual design are provided. The trainer of the seminar is a professor at the First Moscow State Medical University. THEM. Sechenova, author of the competent-activity and system-activity approaches in education, teacher-psychologist, methodologist, director of the International Institute for Professional Development of a teacher, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor OM Kolomiyets. Preparing a teacher for teaching is today a problem to meet the needs of the education system in a teacher with a high level of development of professional activities. The methodological basis of the didactic model of teaching the author are the following conceptual provisions:  a competent-activity approach that implements the scientific ideas of the psychological theory of assimilation of social experience and the psychological theory of activity;  the theory of the planned phased formation of mental actions and concepts;  system-activity approach to the organization of the educational process. At the final stage of the training seminar, each participant is supposed to carry out the design of the following types of professional activity with the allocation of three interconnected components in each – subject, activity and subject: 1. Design of educational results: their structure, content and specific characteristics, for the mastery of which educational and professional activities are directed learner; 2. Organization of the student’s educational and research activities, which ensures the formation in the individual orientation schemes of the subjective knowledge system that makes up the content of educational results; 3. The organization of the student’s educational and practical activities, ensuring the formation of the image of educational results in his mind on the basis of the development of his activity, to solve practical problems that model social and professional situations, relying on individual orientation schemes; 4. Organization of independent practical activity of the student, providing automation of the solution of practical (educational or training-professional) problems and the formation of practical skills based on the image of educational results formed in his mind. The full-time organization of the training seminar will last from March 9 to March 13, and extramural – until March 30, 2020. All participants who completed the tasks will be awarded certificates of international standard.
