By decision of the city mayor’s office, a three-month social institution was held from March to May. In the framework of which the enterprises, educational institutions, and health organizations were supposed to maintain the cleanliness in assigned areas, the participation of institutions was considered. According to the results of the contest, “The Best Social Institution of 2019” was recognized by Osh State University. The award was presented by the mayor of Osh city Taalaibek Sarybashev.
