Osh State University and Chuvash State Pedagogical University signed a cooperation agreement

Osh State University and I.Ya. An agreement on academic mobility was signed between the heads of the Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical University. Under the agreement, partner universities will send up to 15 students to study academic mobility each semester.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs H.E Svetlana Ilyina from Chuvash State Pedagogical University, Vice-Rector for Education and Social Affairs H.E Olga Lukicheva, Head of the Department of Scientific and Innovation H.E Alexander Kirillov, Rector of Osh State University H.E Kudaiberdi Kojobekov, Director of International Relations H.E Abdygany Abduvaliev, deans of relevant faculties, heads of departments and program managers attended.

It was noted that the two partner universities have been cooperating for a long time, and in the future discussed issues of dual degree, joint educational programs, academic mobility, scientific, cultural and social cooperation.

H.E Svetlana Ilyina, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Chuvash State Pedagogical University, presented certificates to teachers and students who have successfully completed the online courses “Russian as a foreign language: a variety of spoken styles” and “Learning to read and understand Russian literature.”

From the beginning of the new academic year, the two universities will begin dual degree programs in foreign languages, chemistry and biology, applied computer science, primary education, curriculum integration, and exchange of educational programs.
