ONLINE MEETING WITH STAKEHOLDERS ABOUT SATISFACTION WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY AND IMPLEMENTED EP.

In February 2023, the Department of Public Health and Healthcare of the International Medical Faculty of Osh State University held an online meeting through the Zoom platform with employers from India, followed by a survey interacting with the university in the direction of employment of students for work experience and subsequent employment of graduates, on the subject satisfaction with the educational services of employers.

The purpose of the study: to find out the level of training of students, for

independent work in the enterprise.

Research objectives:

1. Identify employer satisfaction with skills and abilities

acquired by students in the process of obtaining

Education.

2. Determine the compliance of the level of graduates’ training with the established requirements and wishes of employers.

Object of research: questionnaires of employers.

Research method: survey of employers in the form of an online survey.

This survey was carried out by mailing questionnaires.

The survey involved 7 organizations with different types of medical care. Most organizations are private enterprises.
