Introduction to the practice of soft skills in the department of “Clinical Disciplines 2”
“Soft” skills “is a set of personal characteristics that increase the efficiency of interaction with other people in practical work and the effectiveness of work. To achieve a high level of competitiveness, a potential graduate of a medical university needs to possess not only developed technical skills, but also a number of soft skills. In the medical profession, they include the ability to present themselves and their ideas, build relationships with patients and colleagues, cooperate with other participants in the treatment process, have clinical thinking and analyze data, show leadership skills. According to the plan for the preparation for independent accreditation of the MMF, Ph.D., associate professor K. Sh. Sakibaev, a project was organized on the application and implementation of soft skills in practical exercises at the faculty level.
