Based on the “Regulations on the Faculty of Higher Education of the Kyrgyz Republic” approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on May 29, 2012 № 346 and the decision of the Academic Council of Osh State University №5 of February 27, 2006 №5 Sabyrkul Arstanov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, was elected Dean by the decision of the General Meeting of the Faculty of Oriental Studies and History on December 5, 2020 in accordance with the approved Regulation “Election of the Dean of the Faculty at Osh State University.
