Discussion by teachers of the department “Clinical Disciplines 2” 1, 2, 3 standards in preparation for the upcoming independent accreditation
According to the plan for preparing for the accreditation of the department “Clinical Disciplines 2” for the 2018-2019 academic year at the department monthly 1, 2, 3 standards for specialized accreditation of educational programs were discussed at the chair’s meetings. November 6, 2018 teacher Zh. A. Abzhamilova at the cathedral meeting number 3 informed the teachers of the department about the current laws in the field of education and normative acts of accreditation and licensing of educational activities, the minimum requirements for 7 standards of the IAAR. She also introduced general provisions and criteria for evaluating the standard No. 1 of the “Policy for ensuring the quality of education”. Also, at meeting No. 5 on December 20, 2018 of the academic year, J. M. responsible for standard 2 Eralieva informed her colleagues with general provisions on “the development, approval, monitoring and periodic evaluation of educational programs. Eralieva Zh. M. singled out that the implementation of the BEP is aimed at the formation of professional competence of future specialists, the estimation of the BEP is carried out on the basis of the analysis of teaching methods and the organization of independent work of the student, interviewing and questioning students and teaching staff and the results of observations of the organization of education and many others criteria 2 standards, noting that the formation of professional competence in practical classes and the achievement of the expected result in each discipline is the basis of 2 standards in accreditation. In addition, on January 15, 2018, at the cathedral meeting No. 6, the next interpretation of 3 standards was conducted under the guidance of I. S. Abdirayimov. The head teacher of the department spoke about the general provisions of “student-centered learning and assessment of performance” and evaluation criteria, noting that student-centered learning plays an important role in the achievement of learning outcomes by students. In all the cathedral meetings, all teachers actively participated in the discussion of 1, 2, 3 standards and expressed their own opinions to strengthen and improve the work on standards. Subsequently, the department has set tasks to advance the work on preparing for the upcoming independent accreditation.
