DEPARTMENT “PUBLIC HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE”: INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF Osh STATE UNIVERSITY WITH UNIVERSITIES OF RUSSIA

On October 11-12, 2021, during a working visit to St. Petersburg, the rector of Osh State University Kudaiberdi Gaparalievich met with the teachers of the International Medical Faculty, who are undergoing advanced training at North-Western State Medical University named after Mechnikov. During his working visit, a number of meetings and discussions of prospects and cooperation between universities took place and agreements on cooperation were signed. Taking into account the global trends in the development of integration processes in the field of educational systems, the main goals of cooperation between universities are: -Significant expansion of the exchange of students, teachers and researchers with leading universities in the world, including long-term internships, advanced training and inviting foreign scientists to develop scientific directions, lecturing , which will allow in the future to form complex programs of business cooperation; -Inclusion of international components in the educational, scientific, managerial and other areas of the university; -Expansion of the university’s participation in international educational and scientific programs, increasing the attractiveness of higher education at the university for foreign students; – Strengthening cooperation with leading foreign universities and other educational and research centers, international educational organizations to expand the academic mobility of students, postgraduates, teachers and researchers, the implementation of joint programs, involving the prospect of obtaining double diplomas; -Expansion of international cooperation in scientific and educational activities.
