The competition in the personnel reserve of faculty positions -
Osh State University, on June 24, took up positions in the faculty of the University out of 109 candidates on the basis of the documents required for contests. The University rector for academic affairs of the University Zamir Bojonov, departments attempted to improve the professional quality so that innovative, creative, active teachers could be selected. In the first stage of the contest, the candidates were tested by the department test of 100 marks. The test questions were clear. According to information provided by the personnel department, the University summarized the subject results of the 1st stage. The test questions of subject were passed by all the candidates who received a score of 70 points. Tested 59 candidates in the first round on June 28 will go through pedagogy and psychology test . Contests will be held in the main testing centers of the University.

Seminar-training -
From June 13 to 15, 2019, a training seminar entitled “Methodology of research work” was held in the main building of Osh State University and in the Ak-Buura recreation area. A lot of young teachers took part in it, such as Busurmankul Kyzy Meerim, Murad Kyzy Aidana - the teachers of the department of the SRS MMF. The seminar was very informative, a lot of necessary information, knowledge of writing, design and publication of articles. The main thing is the publication of articles in "Scopus", "Web of Science", "RISC". The seminar was conducted by senior inspector Suyutbekova M., Dr. f. Mr. G. T. Zhamgyrchieva, Senior Lecturer, PhD student B. B. Koylubaeva under the supervision of Ph.D., Associate Professor Anarbaeva G. M.

From June 10 to June 14, a guest lecture on the subject “Training and practice of laboratory skills in microscopy” was held at the International Medical Faculty with professor and head of laboratory at the University of Cadiz (Spain) Jose Lopez-Cepero. The lecture covered the following issues: 1 The microscopic method. Planning observations and design experiments. 2 Histological methods. Flowchart overview 3 Setting light microscopy. BF, DF, IC, Pol, Fluo. 4 Looking at the microscope. Evaluation, reading, selecting, mapping, sampling. 5 Microphotograhy, settings and acquisition 6 Basics of image analysis. Open source software. FIJI 7 Interpreting structures. 8 The value of microscopy. Integrating and analyzing microscopic information Employees from all departments eagerly met the foreign guest and took an active part in the five-day lecture. During the lecture, the participants also managed to download the FIJI application recommended by the professor and try it out in practice. Lecture days were very busy. During the lecture, the following areas were touched: from the molecular level to the tissue level. Professor Jose Lopez-Cepero was impressed with such a keen interest of the public and a desire to learn new things.
