APPLICATION OF THE INTERACTIVE LEARNING METHOD “COACHING” IN THE OPEN LESSON ON THE SUBJECT MEDICAL STATISTICS.
Akzholtoeva Aizharkyn, a lecturer at the Department of Public Health and Healthcare, conducted an open lesson for group 10B 4-course on the topic “Calculation and analysis of average statistical indicators” using the interactive method “Coaching”. The purpose of this lesson: 1. To systematize and deepen the knowledge of students with the theoretical foundations of relative values 2. To teach students the methods of calculation 3. To consider the calculation and analysis of relative values 4. To improve the acquired knowledge, skills; 5. Develop the skills of independence in the acquisition of knowledge. To achieve this goal, the coaching method was used. Coaching is an individual student development program carried out as part of group training, the result of mastering which is the actualization of the ability to achieve the intended goals in the most optimal, shortest way. Coaching is the art of helping to improve the performance, learning and development of another person … relying not on knowledge, experience, wisdom, but on the ability of a person to learn and act independently. Methods such as “Joint work on the problem, discussion, survey” were also used. During the lesson, students considered types of relative values, intensive and extensive indicators. The students were very interested in the material and actively participated and received good scores. The open lesson was very successful and was noted as informative and useful for all students. The senior teacher Abdimomunova B.T., Mamatkulova N.M., Omaralieva D.A. participated in the open lesson.
