Anatomicum, 2020, March: COMPETENCE AND ACTIVITY APPROACH IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS (certificates of pedagogy of international standard)
From March 9 to March 13, 2020 for the first time on the basis of the Osh State University on the initiative of the International Medical Faculty of Osh State University (Muratov Zh.K., Sakibaev K.Sh.) and with the support of the administration of Osh State University (Kozhobekov K.G., Altybaeva M.A.) practice-oriented seminar for advanced training of teachers of higher education under the program “DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING ACTIVITY OF A TEACHER”. The trainer was a professor at the First Moscow State Medical University. THEM. Sechenova, author of the competent-activity and system-activity approaches in education, teacher-psychologist, methodologist, director of the International Institute for Professional Development of a teacher, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor OM Kolomiyets. The methodological basis of the didactic model of teaching the author are the following conceptual provisions – a competent-activity approach that implements the scientific ideas of the psychological theory of assimilation of social experience and the psychological theory of activity; – The theory of the planned phased formation of mental actions and concepts; – a system-activity approach to the organization of the educational process. The participants passed practical courses in the following modules: 1. Designing educational results: their structure, content and specific characteristics, to mastering which the student’s educational and professional activities are directed; 2. Organization of the student’s educational and research activities, ensuring the formation in the individual orientation schemes of the system of subjective knowledge that make up the content of educational results; 3. The organization of the student’s educational and practical activities, ensuring the formation of the image of educational results in his mind on the basis of the development of his activity, to solve practical problems that model social and professional situations, relying on individual orientation schemes; 4. Organization of independent practical activity of the student, providing automation of the solution of practical (educational or training-professional) problems and the formation of practical skills based on the image of educational results formed in his mind.
