An interactive laparoscopic simulator is a practical training in surgery, gynecology and urology, mastering the use of endosurgical instruments, practical simulation of endosurgical interventions in abdominal surgery, gynecology and urology in a virtual environment with realistic simulation of tactile sensitivity. The simulator is intended for mastering the use of endosurgical instruments, acquiring practical skills and techniques for performing endosurgical interventions in abdominal surgery, gynecology and urology in a virtual environment with a realistic simulation of tactile sensitivity.
Peculiarities:

· A whole range of endosurgical interventions is simulated: cholecystectomy, appendectomy, inter-intestinal anastomosis, a whole range of laparoscopic gynecological interventions.

Several levels of complexity for practicing practical skills: from basic (camera control, coordination of two hands, etc.) to complex ones (gallbladder dissection, endoscopic suture).

· The hardware part is made in full similarity with real endosurgical instruments.

· Quick setup of an individual training program, the possibility of testing, certification, control over the success and speed of mastering skills.

The interactive laparoscopic simulator allows students to choose from several levels of training, from basic movements to complex coordinated manual skills. It is possible to adjust the difficulty of each training module.
At the Department of Surgical Disciplines with a Traumatology Course, an interactive laparoscopic simulator is effectively used in practical classes for students of 3-6 courses.
