A patent was obtained by Osh State University graduate student Kaipova A.K., MD, professor G.V. Belov and MD, Kalmatov R.K. Patent No. 2166 “Method for correcting body weight and body shape.”
The invention relates to medicine, namely to restorative medicine, medical physical education and sports medicine, balneology and physiotherapy.
The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method of correction of body weight with achieving optimal ratios of body composition and anthropo-metric
characteristics of the figure.
The problem is achieved in the method of correction of body weight and figure, including
hypo-caloric diet and exercise, where exercise perform according to the high-intensity Tabata system, additionally include respiratory gymnastics “vacuum” and lymphatic drainage massage, include in the form of snacks in the diet Kyrgyz national drink “Maksym”, and the effectiveness of the recovery course controlled by bio-impedance analysis of body composition and multivariate anthropometry. All anthropo-metric measurements and training were conducted at the University
clinics of Osh State University.
