The Minister got acquainted with medical education at Osh State University

Minister of Education and Science His Excellency Almazbek Beishenaliev visited Osh State University.

The Minister got acquainted with the medical clinic of the university, located on the campus Ak-Buura, educational and laboratory buildings of the Faculty of International Medicine.

His Excellency A. Beishenaliev visited the virtual laboratory, which is equipped with medical and practical classes and new equipment at the faculties, and reviewed the conditions for students to take classes in surgery, pediatrics, urology, obstetrics and gynecology and other medical fields.

Rector of Osh State University His Excellency Kudaiberdi Kojobekov noted that in the event of a pandemic, the university has developed various measures to ensure the uninterrupted learning process using remote technologies. Some foreign students, especially those studying medicine, stay in Osh to continue their education. He added that the teachers are in constant contact with them and are aware of them and the lessons are given regularly.

During the meeting, the Minister took part in online classes, learned about the education of foreign students, and talked closely with teachers who teach in English.
